Allison M. Hubbard has spent the majority of her legal career as a defense attorney, protecting employer interests and understanding the complex needs related to all aspects of running a business.
With an extensive background in alternative dispute resolution as well as litigation, Allison has handled multifaceted litigation cases over her career, including tort litigation, construction defect matters and class action litigation, on-the-job injuries, and has a penchant for medically complex cases. She has also managed workers’ compensation cases on behalf of the employer, navigating the ever-changing field of employee claims. Allison has handled all aspects of litigation, as well as multi-party mediations.
Allison began her career as a plaintiff’s attorney, honing her litigation skills in the courtroom. She was a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. She also has worked as an executive in the non-profit sector, with a focus on volunteer development, leadership training, recruitment and retention, and fundraising.
Allison graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in political science. She was thereafter named a Faculty Scholar at Pepperdine University, School of Law, where she won the Armand Arabian Individual Advocacy Tournament as a second-year student. She was a member of the Trial Practice Team and awarded the Order of the Barristers and the Judge Barry Russell Federal Bar Association Award for Excellence.
